Our team consists of Heads of Division and their consultants, providing a seamless service with exceptional results. Founded over seventeen years ago by our Managing Director, Charlie Beaumont, DMA has always placed a premium on honesty.

Charlie Beaumont – Managing Director: My passion is trust and honesty despite working in recruitment. I have helped senior decision-makers and boards find the right people across specialist markets such as Waste Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, FMCG and Venture Capital.

Kate Beaumont – Co-Owner: With over two decades of experience, I've worked across all aspects of recruitment, from senior assignments to confidential headhunting projects, crafting bespoke solutions for our clients.

Yashmin Rawbone – Head of Research: With 10 years' HR experience, I oversee the searching for candidates to meet our clients' requirements and head up a team responsible for initial searches and mapping.

Callyn Cafun – Market Resourcer: I work on retained, confidential and critical roles at DMA, and am the first point of connection for networking with candidates and clients.

Jennifer Tornea – Automation Specialist: As the Automation Specialist, I focus on streamlining our daily operations and expanding our outreach efforts to make recruitment smarter and more efficient.
